⚠️ Important: Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By contacting us for an exchange, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using USDtoCash.live's exchange services — whether via WhatsApp, our website contact form, or in person — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Service

USDtoCash.live provides over-the-counter (OTC) cryptocurrency exchange services, specifically converting USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum and other digital assets to Indian Rupees (INR) or UAE Dirhams (AED). We are not a bank, broker, or financial institution regulated by SEBI or RBI.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • A resident of India or UAE (or transacting on behalf of someone who is)
  • Not on any government sanctions or watchlists
  • Using legally obtained cryptocurrency funds

4. Exchange Rates & Pricing

  • Rates displayed on our website are indicative and updated every 5 minutes from live market feeds.
  • The rate is locked only upon our written confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
  • Rate lock is valid for 15 minutes (Standard), 30 minutes (Priority), or 60 minutes (VIP) from confirmation.
  • If USDT is not received within the lock window, the transaction will be re-priced at the prevailing market rate.
  • Rates include our service margin. There are no additional hidden fees.

5. KYC & Verification

For transactions above ₹50,000 (or equivalent), we are required to collect KYC documents including government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN card, Passport) and proof of source of funds. You agree to provide accurate and genuine documentation. Providing false documents is a criminal offence.

6. Transaction Process

  • Once USDT is sent to our wallet, the transaction cannot be reversed.
  • We process INR transfers via IMPS/UPI/RTGS within 5–30 minutes of confirmed receipt on the blockchain.
  • Minimum confirmation required: 1 confirmation for TRC-20, 6 for ERC-20, 1 for BEP-20.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion or incorrect wallet addresses provided by you.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not use our service for:

  • Money laundering or financing of any illegal activity
  • Exchange of cryptocurrency obtained through fraud, theft, or hacking
  • Tax evasion or circumventing any regulatory requirements
  • Any activity prohibited under Indian or UAE law

We reserve the right to refuse or suspend any transaction we suspect is linked to prohibited activities and to report such activity to relevant authorities.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions:

  • Once USDT is received by us, no refund can be issued after the confirmed exchange rate has been applied.
  • If you send the wrong cryptocurrency or to the wrong address, we will assist but cannot guarantee recovery.
  • In case of a service error on our part, we will make it right at the original confirmed rate.

9. Limitation of Liability

USDtoCash.live's liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction in dispute. We are not liable for:

  • Losses due to market price fluctuations after rate confirmation
  • Blockchain network failures or delays outside our control
  • Losses arising from your own error (wrong wallet address, wrong amount)
  • Indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind

10. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, please contact us first at manager@usdtocash.live. We aim to resolve all disputes within 48 hours. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
